Our sweet story.
Dresser Hill Dairy Farm originally started making and selling ice cream on-site in the 1950s. For generations, a stop at the top of Dresser Hill Road has been a summer ritual — the place where first dates, family outings, and perfect sunsets were made.
The ice cream stand was sold in the early 2000s and operated for a time as "Dresser Hill's The Clam Box." Then, under new ownership beginning in 2021, the building underwent extensive renovations — and now, with much anticipation, Dresser Hill Ice Cream Bar is back.
Our priority is simple: keep the tradition alive here in Charlton by serving the most delicious ice cream, the freshest seafood, and treating every guest like a neighbor. We are extremely thankful to this community, which has been incredibly patient for the renaissance of the ever-so-nostalgic Dresser Hill.
